Minutes of the Fremont R/C Flying Club
Mar 6, 2015 Meeting

President Ed Vincent called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM. Mark Sullivan won the 50/50 drawing and donated the proceeds back to the club, for a total of $10.00.

Minutes – The minutes from the February meeting were approved.

Treasurer’s Report: [was not presented at the meeting but instead added to these minutes]

Treasurer’s Report Mar 6, 2015:

Checking & cash balance from Feb meeting = $790.66

Income:
$160.00 2015 memberships

Total Income = $160.00

Outlays:
$10.00 State business registration
$67.54 Office supplies
$90.00 AMA charter & insurance


Total Outlays = $ 167.54


Ending balance = $783.12 ($36.38 cash + $746.74 checking) & $1516.38 savings*    

*Includes $200.00 for flight stand covers &
$62.00 charity donations

Request for help – Mr. Bryce Nelson from the local CAP group reported on the CAP’s Model Aircraft R/C (MARC) module for their cadets. Bryce asked for our assistance with the cadet’s building and flying. His request was favorably received by our members.

Field Maintenance – Ken Conway discussed knocking down and smoothing the high edges of the runway with a drag. [Note – Dennis and Ed took care of this a few days after the meeting].

The meeting was adjourned at 7:35 PM.
